Bridge Road, Richmond: a 8-storey mixed use development that set a benchmark for planning application of this scale in the centre of Richmond, the project comprised of 57 apartments and 3 retail tenancies. The asset was sold in 2015 with 100% in equity return.

Burke Road commercial building: bought in 2014, reposition the asset and sold in 2016. Achieved in 100% in equity return.

Malvern Road, Glen Iris: bought the site in 2015 when it was a mechanical shop. Obtained planning approval for 6-level residential apartment. Sold in 2017.

Barkly Street, Footscray: bought the 6280sqm site in 2015, obtained permit for 198 apartments and 3 retail shops. Sold to a publicly listed company in 2021. This investment has achieved IRR of circa 15%.
